The Keeley  dress by PEX is made of white taffeta with a frilled underskirt and covered with a striped organza overskirt.  The organza overskirt is smocked across the waist and decorated with pink pearlised thread and small rosebuds.  The bodice is covered with sheer white organza and heavily pin tucked whilst the Peter Pan collar is covered in the striped organza to match the skirt.  Organza covered long sleeves finish off this lovely dress.
